Hey guys and welcome back to Kent & Sussex Walks.
The sun made a rare winter appearance for our walk today, such a lovely surprise. This time we headed to Heathfield where we parked up at the Tottingworth Farm Shop and set off to explore. Lately we’ve been making an effort to visit farm shop cafes to support local farmers but we’ve noticed that many of them don’t show up on Google Maps.
If you know of any hidden gems let us know, we’d love to check them out.
This walk was an hour and a half long and had a nice variety of grass fields, crop fields and woodland. Along the way we found an epic rope swing as well as a tree that had fallen across the river so we stopped for a little play. There was a couple of styles on this walk and a couple of small stretches on roads but nothing too dramatic. The farm shop cafe at the end of the walk really was lovely.
They do roast dinners here on a Sunday but we just missed out and they were so well priced too. We had a little coffee in the bright and spacious cafe before checking out the sprightly horses in the riding school.

See you in the next one!
