Biddenden, The Garden Eatery Cafe Walk

Hey everyone! Today we popped down the road to Biddenden for a great 1 hour and 15 minute walk ending at the Garden Eatery, Bloomsbury.

We parked up at the Garden Eatery and headed down the little footpath beside it, straight into the fields. We walked past lots of sheep and horses along the way! Tris even found the perfect bar to work out on and busted out a few front levers, Calisthenics really is the most simple form of training to keep strong.

There was woodland sections and a small section through a housing estate but luckily the roads were really quiet.

By the time we got to the garden eatery they had finished serving food which was a real shame as the food here looks amazing. So instead we just had a delicious slice of walnut and coffee cake along with a coffee each. This is such a cool place that we had never heard of before today, really random decorations in the cafe but looked awesome. And they have all sorts of great things going on here like breath work, retreats, spas; there’s a masseuse and herbalist too.
