Hey guys and welcome back to Kent & Sussex Walks. Today we drove over to Dane Hill for an excellent walk around the great outdoors. We actually parked up in the same spot as our Trading Boundaries walk today, a nice little car park on the edge of Sheffield Forest.
From here it was just a short walk down the quiet road before the footpath begins. This walk is 2 hours long and we stopped off at the Coach & Horses pub halfway round.
There were 5 styles along the way and there are a few short clips of them in the video. We walked through lovely open fields and woodland and marvelled at the blooming snowdrops. There were horses and sheep along the way too before a short stint down another quiet road before reaching the pub. We sat in the pub garden which was really nice, spacious and we had been blessed with great weather as well. The coffee was great and we were a little peckish so got some olives and wasabi peas to munch on.
There were a couple of steep hills on this walk which was great for an extra calorie burn. So if you’d like to do this walk just click the link to find the ordnance survey route. See you in the next one!
