Welcome back to Kent and Sussex Walks! After a recommendation from one of our followers we headed over to Tenterden for a walk today and finished up at the Woolpack. This turned out to be such a great walk, one of our favourites!🙌🏻
The walk starts off in Tenterden high street. We managed to get free parking as we came after 6pm (and on a Sunday you can park all day). However there is a 1 hour limit the rest of the time, so we suggest parking at the leisure centre for a few quid. After a small stretch on the high street you walk down a lovely little back road with cute houses before it opens out into crop fields.🌻🌾
We saw lots of cows and sheep on this walk which was lovely though the cows did follow us a bit close! Beware if you dogs with all these cows and also on the short sections of road!
We finished up at the pub and just had our usual fresh lime sodas as we were a bit short on time. This pub had a lovely atmosphere and if you decide to eat here I’m sure the food is good.
